本次入住非常失望，第二天续住付款一样被要求住特价房，前台还很强硬。让他看我手机确实没提示是特价，说只能让艺龙退款。搞得很麻烦，有欺客嫌疑。

太不满意了，一进去房间好大一股臭味，去前台反应，说让服务员处理下，万一还有异味，就跟我换房间，结果不仅异味没处理，跟前台打几遍电话换房间还不接，很不卫生
