在这种小城市，硬件还算不错，卫生条件也还好，就是酒店管理太差，员工素质很差，
1、前台checkin需要花半个小时；
2、看好的房型，当着前台下单，下单前让前台确认，告诉对的才下单，下单完后，前台又告诉我发型不对；
3、订单下的是1.8米的大床房，前台安排的是1.5米的床，而且还没有改正之意，在艺龙网客服的协调下才换成1.8米的大床。
一个没有诚信的酒店、管理如此混乱、员工素质低下，一定不会走的很远。
