酒店服务，环境还不错，第二天房间卫生没扫，反映情况后马上安排清扫，酒店住宿停车还要另收停车费。

酒店设备很陈旧，位置很偏僻，酒店大堂有异味，电梯有安全隐患，最不能接受的是酒店停车场还有收费，酒店没有配备足够的工作人员，开好房还要在酒店门口等候半个小时，另外酒店有乱收费的嫌疑！

虽然说是靖西最好的酒店了，但是实在不太能接受，主要是卫生方面感觉不能接受，墙纸发霉破损，卫生间地漏堵塞，杯子水渍完全没洗干净，而且二楼中餐晚餐只接待团餐，才不到晚上八点散客居然没饭吃！如果酒店在细节上改进些会更让人接受

有看出努力想做好的痕迹，但是可能也就三星的水平。卫生间装修很奇葩，淋浴间是全透明玻璃，从进门的走廊看得一览无余。
