打电话叫接站，结果没下文，只好自己滴滴打车到店。房间内有一股尿味，漱口杯是用香皂洗的，还有残留，卫生间门口还有水，矿泉水都不赠送。总之不满意

预定的本来就是高级大床房，中午去到前台说我定的没有房了全部满了，我说我都提前定了，怎么可能满房。沟通一翻后又说我定的是低楼层的房，还要加了十八才给开一间大床，表示费解
