优点是：位置优越，市中心，交通方便。周边餐饮、夜市排挡很近。
缺点是：房间面积小，迈不开退。卫生间淋浴喷头好像开裂后用胶布粘的。

窗户是推窗，可以对半完全推开的那种，窗户没有锁。门的安全锁扣安装不科学，装在门边上，链条过长，打开门在外面可以伸手取下来。
