我11月10日凌晨2点到店，只见服务台一女的，拿电话在煲电话粥，根本不理会顾客。我催了那女的几次，终于等它说完了。然后我说是同程网下定单的，那女的就冷冷地说，没房了，不留。态度很生硬。这就是百色中天酒店，今后不会再来住这里了。
