达不到5性标准。基本没有服务。前台有行李车，但不能用，说无法到房间。要荞麦枕头，服务员送来的是没有枕套的枕头，说：你自己套枕套吧。在酒店的餐厅用餐，最终的价格和菜单上的标价不一样。点了烤鱼等了近1个小时才上，后来的都上了，我们还没上。没有酒吧，没有娱乐设施。早餐达不到5星标准，也就是3-4星。有面包、果酱，但没有黄油。服务基本没有规范的标准。不是很推荐。

酒店很好找，距离白洋淀景区2公里左右，酒店设施很好，房间很干净，洗澡水是温泉水，房间里的水不可以饮用，床上的用品很干净，房间里有小冰箱，房间里有蚊子，但酒店提供驱蚊器，服务很好，早餐种类不多，味道一般，有苍蝇，酒店有中餐厅，但价格比外面的饭馆贵一些

在白洋淀荷花大观园不远处，算比较正规的酒店，干净。餐厅吃饭很实惠，服务也好，推荐在这里吃。走廊里有蚊子，酒店房间有驱蚊液。
