酒店安静舒适，服务周到，餐饮有特色，有当地的火麻，香猪，山野菜。最大的问题是交通不方便，去周围景点都要先返回县城，没有自驾车就很难办，希望将来会开发好。

在酒店停车场等酒店电瓶车来接时，等的时间过长，由于降温和下着小雨，心情实在不好，但来接我们的服务生的服务态度非常好，大堂的服务也没得说的，一下子心情就豁然开朗了，给酒店的服务点个赞

此酒店大大超过了我的预期，作为住了较多五星级酒店的客人，这次体验让人愉快。第一酒店选址景色秀丽，且新路修好后自家非常方便，第二酒店设施完善新颖，房屋设计体验较好，第三，中餐厅太让人意外了，餐品质量餐具卫生程度在巴马这个小地方甚至超越大城市希尔顿洲际，餐厅服务人员服务热情，让人温暖，出门会送至电梯间。一点小意见就是湖景房最好注明是内湖，以免造成误解。虽然最后洗衣袋被我以为免费的带走收了88元但这也正体现出来酒店管理的严谨与完善，如果你是一个追求私密品质享受的旅行者，这件酒店可以满足你的要求。
