这次来的体验非常的差。我一直对嘉佩乐充满了好感，新加坡的嘉佩乐我非常的喜欢，但曼谷的让我失望至极。真的让我很失望、这次三天的行程订的是别墅房型。入住的第一晚上我打了十几只蚊子。我本来睡眠就很浅，平时要吃安眠药，竟然打到早上6点才打完所有卧室的蚊子。第二天我和酒店沟通可否换房型，酒店前台説没有套房，我説别的房间，任何房间都可以，普通房都行，只要不是独立别墅，在酒店主楼里的房间。但是值得点赞的是下午发消息説晚上可以换。换了房间以后，接下来住的两天都完全没有给房间打扫。蚊子是没了，但乾净的浴巾和纸巾也没有了。嘉佩乐本来是我最喜欢和期待的酒店之一，但这次真的让我很失望。

房间设计合理，还有很大的阳台可以躺平看风景。酒店泳池还有瑜伽课等设施也很不错，最方便的是有游艇，从早到晚每隔一小时来回iconsiam购物中心，实现了坐船出行的泰国style life！唯一可以提升的是早餐，品种还是略少了一些，尤其泰国特色的，但是蛋的各种cook方式很多，且有些很特别，做得也很好吃。

私密性非常好，check in的地方需要用卡才能进，外面有专门的接客人区。
check in的时候有软饮单和小食！
入住有欢迎香槟、水果和小食
泳池人少可以畅游
早餐味道非常赞，一定要嚐嚐，出行到对面的iconsiam有快艇

私密性很好，欢迎香槟和巧克力品质不错，独立露台在泳池边，有接驳船去对面的icon，包含的早餐真的很棒！

前台整体非常慌乱，貌似对非英语国家客人不友好，到达后因为没到3点让加钱才能入住，通过携程沟通灵活入住权益被拒绝，最后快到3点的时候告诉可以免费升级好楼层房间，结果去了发现是5层。感觉完全是割韭菜思维加智商税模式对待客人，联系携程取消本次入住，被拒绝，前台经理承诺第二天升级套房，结果第二天升级了3层的露台房，并不是露台套房，也不是普通套房，但是已经入住了也就没办法了。酒店硬件还好，但是服务非常混乱，整体比较冷漠不专业，可能因为不缺客人，所以非常小气且**，建议能不住还是不要住了
