总体印象不错，交通方便，地理位置很好，离办事地点很近，周边环境很好，就近就是一个公园。前台服务态度很好，办理入住和退房结算很快，房间宽敞，整洁卫生，设施设备完好。性价比高。

地处商业中心区，偏北就是保百购物广场和北国先天下，附近餐饮很方便，老中低档都相对不远，跑跑就能到了，位置决定价格，房间设施较佳，前台服务人员素质需要加强，办理相关手续较慢。门前停车极不方便，还好后院有个停车场。
