酒店房间设施很新，卫生条件也很满意，客房服务员主动问候交谈，南方人的我初次来到北方，不太适应零下的冷空气，客房服务员在交谈中注意到我是南方人，还没来得及反映情况，心细的服务员送来了一床被子。服务真的很贴心，有种回到家的感觉，很温暖。以后来保定还住这儿。
