  带着宝宝来住的，入住前备注了两大一小，酒店提前联系了我们，在得知有个小宝宝后，提前为我们准备好了婴儿床，客服很热情，也有耐心。到了房间后，服务员还给备了咖啡包，矿泉水和几瓶特饮，这里的服务员也是微笑服务，让人感觉很亲切，房间也十分干净透亮，住的很舒服！

  第二次带孩子过来住了，前厅经理服务周到细心，办理入住时送了几瓶饮料和水，天气渐暖，在院子里带孩子玩了半天，拍了几张照片，客房装修时尚典雅，环境美，餐厅餐食也很有特色的！

  好久没来这家酒店了，变化很大，房间干净舒适；还有一个西餐厅环境优美，菜品丰富，口味不错；酒店服务热情周到，还有送物机器人，房间还送的多种水，很贴心，真的不愧是雄安最好的酒店👍

  已经是第二次居住，环境挺好，宁静不嘈杂，早餐很好，中餐和西餐厅都不错，离白洋淀很近，酒店内部绿树成荫 🍃环境：优美

  在华润大学里，占地大有大草坪人工湖环境周边无敌，酒店房间装修较新，只是不理解为什么卫生间推拉门是透明玻璃的，缺乏隐私没有安全感。有小孩酒店送了风筝，可以在草坪附近放孩子挺开心。酒店早餐的餐厅不大，高峰期人多嘈杂。中餐厅菜的味道不错，但是人手和服务意识不太足，菜单居然只有两本，点餐服务员只有一位，需要追着服务员和菜单点餐。
