第一次入住电谷感觉还不错，酒店环境很好，停车免费。前台小姐姐按照我们的需求给升级了房型，为客户着想，房间面积很大很满意。工号3264和8696服务热情，退房很快不用等待查房，李经理还帮忙免费延迟了退房时间，退房给赠送了防疫礼包和矿泉水，很贴心，下次还会选择电谷。

酒店设施齐全，环境很好，疫情期间有机器人送餐服务比较人性化，房间干净卫生，洗手间干湿分离，隔音不错睡得很舒服，工号3264和8686办理手续专业，为客户着想，另外给准备了水果和夜宵，服务热情。前台李娜经理退房后特意打电话回访是否满意，承诺下次还会提前安排好房间，服务超级贴心，下次还会选择电谷酒店！

第二次入住电谷了，典型的五星级酒店装修配置，防疫工作非常到位，前台服务热情，李娜经理和蔡经理给安排了朝阳的房间很周到，房间干净卫生，特意赠送了欢迎水果，晚上还有牛奶提供，早餐丰盛，有当地特色驴肉火烧，营养搭配合理。退房的矿泉水很温馨，停车方便而且免费，整体入住很满意，下次还会选择！

传统五星酒店有升级。有机器人可以送外卖到房间，洗护用品也换成欧舒丹了，整体感觉还是温馨舒适的。前台小姐姐人很好，升级了房型~
