自驾10月2日入住3晚，高级双床房，双早，335/晚。酒店在路口边，很好找。有人值守免费停车场，车位充足。门口有公交车，附近吃饭地方多，推荐斜对面万博广场楼上，两层各类餐饮，强烈吊胃口。饭店有中餐厅——保定会馆，直隶督府菜系，价格可接受。大堂宽敞气派，前台服务不错。房间大，无异味，每天送两瓶矿泉水。中央空调、电视、上网没问题。床1米2，隔音还好，房门有安全扣。卫生间大小适中，有刮胡刀，热水没问题。早餐不错，菜品丰富，有煎蛋，现做的混沌，口味还行。酒店总体感觉满意，值得入住。

国庆第二天去的，前台戴眼镜的小伙子很热情，我原想找一间阳面的，他热心推荐房间，说里面有背投，看个大片很过瘾，于是改变主意了。去了之后孩子看动画片，很过瘾，我们也可以在卧室看电视，也不耽误。不过房间的水杯里面还有上一客人留下的茶叶，看了到茶杯都不认真，更别提刷杯子了。因为酒店时间过久，所以设施陈旧些，不过因为地理位置方便，基本抵消。早餐也很丰富，服务人员也认真热情。

我8月18日入住你们酒店2305房间，房费是419元，当时信用卡刷了800元押金，现在已经离店3个交易日了，多刷的381元到此刻还没有返回到我的信用卡里，以前在其他酒店从来没有遇到这种情况，与你们前台03123098816沟通，让我去找银行，酒店不管，你们就是这么敷衍客户的吗？严重差评，我想知道为什么到今天都不退我381元的押金？请给明确的答复
