五一全家去清西陵玩，晚上入住保定，为停车方便选了希悦。酒店位置适合自驾，停车场挺大，房间设施齐全，早餐丰盛，品种多，可以用豪横形容，菜品都能赶上午餐了，特色驴火特别受欢迎，一端上来就被一抢而空。

酒店的服务非常到位，预定之后就打来电话问了对房间有没有什么特别的需求，还询问了行程和核酸的情况，疫情管控很认真负责。房间干净整洁，还送了牛奶和水果。退房时前台非常贴心的送了矿泉水和伴手礼，也是一直微笑服务 很暖心！

第一次住希悦，感觉很好，可以免费接站服务，司机师傅开车很稳，保安师傅负责任疫情原因，都要查码虽然很繁琐，也是对我们的负责，前台服务员服务很到位，赶路没赶上吃饭，前台帮我们预定了餐厅，还打了折。房间卫生很干净，窗户很大阳面房间，这两天天气有点冷，进屋已经帮我们把空调提前打开了，还有免费的欢迎水果、晚安奶。睡得很舒服，早餐也很丰盛。有保定特色驴肉火烧。临走时还有金钥匙服务帮我们提行李，非常感谢。
