设备旧，一不小心就被酒店诬陷，说磕破什么，刷了预授，离店没有解冻，就说不用，但隔天出差其他城市，离店时客服帮我解冻，并说不解冻就没办法即使返回预授款，简直把我气坏了，这样的酒店以后坚决不住
