厉害了 这家酒店 住了两天 没碰过酒店放置的水 退房时被查房说用了一大桶水 而酒店每天提供两瓶冰露纯净水 早出晚回 两瓶水足够了 这刀宰挨的不明不白
另外，卫生方面：浴巾上有长头发，让人心里很膈应，本想着算了吧，看着酒店为网订客人还准备了两个苹果的面子上，给好评也可以算勉为其难，毕竟因为毛巾上的一两根头发找他们，难免给人鸡蛋里面挑骨头吹毛求疵之嫌，谁知退房时又遇如此挨刀之事，那就说说真实经历的情况吧。也好让大家都擦亮眼睛，入住时喊着酒店人一起确认下房内都有什么有偿使用的物品以及有无开封，并确保打扫卫生及其它人员不会在客人外出时触动这些物品，免得又出现同样情况。
客观分析：客人（我）不会闲到拧开一桶不喝的水，等到客房查房时一脸懵逼；查房人员本无职责错误，但谁又能保证上一位客人走时你是否查的足够仔细，抑或不是同一个人查房尺度不同；前台及经理面对问题选择关注和相信包装有拆封而不是真正站在客人角度上去想客人为什么这么做或者到底怎么一回事？
一个不知是谁拧开的瓶盖，酒店最后的处理结果还真是让人甚是无语呢。也许以后再也不会有也许了，透支了的信用，再未必拾得起来了，好在，何处不能住啊！

这是第二次入住，第一次入住还是在2015年了，感觉还是那么好，出门去北京比较方便，门口超市，ktv等等吧，样样俱全！还是赞一个！拉着窗帘呢，有点黑，不好意思啊！
