酒店环境不错，很干净，服务也不错，离白石山也不远，餐饮很好，湖边用餐有纱帐，可烧烤也可点菜，味道不错，量大，价格很公道。

酒店环境挺不错，周围就是群山，晚上能看到很漂亮的星星。在涞源来说应该算很好的酒店了。不足之处是没有一次性拖鞋，早餐的品种不够丰富。

携程订单最失败的一个酒店！入住安排到3楼，结果破电梯始终坏的，退房时拎着29寸的行李箱下楼。晚上一片漆黑，没啥去处。早餐因下了雨很冷，结果就给准备4个凉菜，冰凉的，包子凉的，粥也不热，而且一人就只给一个鸡蛋。

房间非常大，装修也很漂亮，浴室有桑拿间，很好用，套间格局，里间有一张大床和一张小床，外间两张小床，虽然我们只有四个人，但老公为了和儿子亲近，竟然和儿子挤在一张小床上睡了一晚，可惜我选的这么大房间了，不足是房间没有纸巾，有些灰，好像不常住人的样子，总体不错。

房间很舒服，周边比较荒凉。里面设置不错，不过就是餐厅服务有点差，我们只有五个人竟然不让我们做餐厅吃，非要我们去外面做排挡去吃，好在味道还可以。
