位置不错，就在汤峪河旁边，出宾馆大门跨过一座小桥，就来得了特别繁华的地段，餐馆很多，广场上还有音乐喷泉表演；有免费的停车场，车位不算太多，淡季停车没有问题，但赶上旅游旺季估计会紧张；刚进大门左手边就是竹海温泉，我们就是冲着泡温泉去的，蛮舒服的；服务正常，没有问题，设施也挺齐全，管理也挺规范；特别提醒，宾馆所在的河滨东路是一条小路，北边在施工无法进入，要从路南进入；最大的问题和槽点就是，房间异味太大，虽然打开门窗通风了半天，但始终有一种挥之不去、若即若离的怪味，特别需要改进。

不足：前台一名高个子服务员下午两点（还没到携程订单取消时间）就联系我，说现在要不到店就不给我留房间了，幸好我当时已在院内停车，办理手续时态度生硬，给客人摆脸色。店内设施一般，陈旧，普通小宾馆的档次，卫生一般。
优点：院内可以停车，有保安。住房价格便宜，地理位置优越，在街道东侧巷子里，安静，离尚境温泉和喷泉很近，出门右拐即到。所以这也就是它们酒店个别服务人员牛气的原因，我们店不缺你几个客人。

吃、住、泡温泉、游泳都非常方便，就是设施陈旧了点，其他都不错。院内就有温泉泳池(竹海)，出行离凤凰温泉也很进，周边吃饭方便，感觉不错。
