押金要400,问前台为什么这么高，回答是回头会退给你，怕什么，就给了四百，房间里面的毛巾很脏，黄黄的，恶心死人了，回头退房的时候多收了一天的房费，理由是我是早晨六点前入住的，网上有注明，我在网上找了半天也木有看到，我是早晨5点左右入住，要是真有这样的情况，说明一下要死啊，我开一个小时钟点房就ok了，一个小时变一天了，我第二天还是5点走的呢，后面的时间房钱要不要退我啊，都是什么理由啊，当时急着上火车，跟她理论，她说找经理，而经理呢要8点上班，我要6点上火车，你说这个是不是明显的黑人啊，去他娘的，老子要投诉他。

前台服务平平，押金比上海、北京还高，房间里乱七八糟的东西太多，真不知是何时的食品？感觉非常不卫生，进门浓厚的烟味，服务员都不知道开窗通风，床灯也不亮，电视也不亮，还得打电话叫人来修缮，可见客房管理一塌胡涂。
最可恶的是总有不明电话骚扰，一个晚上打进来无数次，感觉非常不安全。
我走了许多省份，已经没有这样的现象了，宝鸡酒店给我的影响管理太差，好象是在混日子，而不是在经营酒店，服务于宾客。更可笑的是客房里放上一张牌桌，还有牌九，好象是开睹馆，全国独一份。真受不了。

交通便利，斜对面就是火车站，后面有小吃街，不错，但是前台服务员的服务有待提高
