深夜入住，携程上订的，到前台说是一定不下班不能预定。后来还好，把预定部人叫来做了订单，但是等了二十来分钟才好。早晨起来还没有凉水，打前台电话才弄好。然后也不能免费延时到两点，中午餐厅也没有开灯，很难找。总之服务跟不上，需要再加强

定了商务套房，而酒店的通风设备正好在房顶上，噪音非常大，给换了一间房，但房间明显要比之前的小很多，而且还有异味，总之，性价比很低，游客很受伤

去青峰峡真的挺方便，带房卡买票便宜十块钱！服务挺好，住的环境在这里算好的！但是酒店在坡上，大车太多，噪音大，住里面会好一些！卡拉欧克的音效不行，早餐已好多人评论了！就这样吧，不要报太大希望！总的来说吃饭的地方很一般！

酒店的位置、环境和硬件都不错，但是服务真心是跟不上。早上吃早饭竟然要排队…原因是餐厅接待量不足，每次只能容纳200人就餐！排队排了10几分钟，进去后发现早餐竟然要用抢的才能吃得到，不仅菜品少，连餐具都没有！！！这样档次的酒店真的不应该出站这样的情况啊，真是凉了我的心啊！
