昨天入住，进房间没有空调，一晚上就像睡在桑拿室，设施简单，洗漱用品就像一百多块钱快捷酒店的洗漱用品，洗发露和护发素一股发霉的味道，五月的高温天气，住在铺着地毯封闭的环境，一晚上没有空调，洗了几次澡，出来就出汗，这是我住过最差的酒店，早上反应情况，前台和经理理都不理，我要求投诉解决

假日不愧是ihg旗下的品牌酒店，环境设施齐全，硬件设施不错，地理位置也非常方便，前台Eric办入住很细心，帮我注册了洲际的会员并让客房送了一些零食，入住期间也时刻询问关心，体验感很好，值得点赞👍宝鸡强力推荐的一家酒店。
