  疫情期间网上订房，本人没核酸，酒店拒绝入住，房卡都没拿到，给我把房间开了，酒店前台说自己在电脑上取消，我不用管，之后没取消，产生费用怪客人，这个酒店再也不住了，为了一点钱，出了事情怪客人，明明给我说了我不用管，前台经理都听到了，现在还死不承认
