住过这么多酒店，星级酒店里我忍不住要吐槽这个。先说好的，这是陇县最好的酒店，位置还行，环境也不错，二楼四楼有饭吃，九楼是ktv，也算方便。不好的地方太多了，第一，服务差极，各种服务员促爱理人，进了餐厅没人搭理，打电话给客房问无线密码竟然不知道。第二，早餐极差，你好歹一个四星级，最基本的配置得有吧，没有牛奶也就算了，稀饭就那么一盆，没有加热，八点半来吃都冷了，而且一盆完了就没有了，就只有几个凉菜，稀饭鸡蛋和馒头，水果西瓜。第三，早上我不知道，晚上我回到酒店不管你空调开多低，室内温度都不算凉快，大热天的本来被子就厚，不盖怕孩子着凉，盖了热还流汗。第四，晚上九点多到十一点，洗澡水都基本是冷的，打电话让解决说是一会就好，到十一点睡觉都是冷的。后面我就不知道了，反正孩子玩了一天硬是在这个星级酒店里没洗澡就睡觉了。第五，咱是星级酒店，做事敢不敢大气一点？酒店基本配置基本都送两瓶矿泉水，这也就块八毛的事情，就算我们不喝，你是不是该配备上？什么都没有。第六，停车场就酒店挺远，拿东西多的朋友要考虑了。四星级的价格，却凭不上星级的待遇。诚戒各位游人

酒店应该新建成不久，内部装修很好，设施齐全，房间也很干净。但是节假日入住人数多，前台服务人员人少，导致效率比较慢。酒店的停车场在酒店背后，和旁边小区共用，晚上到的话车位比较难找。隔音不是很好，我住的房间对面是一个棋牌室，晚上睡觉很吵。
