房间被子，床单看着脏兮兮的，被子上有黑色的用笔划的痕迹，完全没有清洗床单被罩，并且床单还是烂的，房间冷的要死，前台服务员态度更冷，感觉像是住酒店不给钱似的，本想着无所谓了，凑合对付一下就行了。没想到更可气的是大清早（7点）竟然有服务员拿着房卡莽撞的打开我的房门，径直冲进来，这也太可怕了吧！衣服都没穿好，我觉得这已经不是酒店不专业和服务态度的问题了！此事件必须给我个合理的解释和满意的答复！不排除通过其他途径维护我的合法权益！
