前台服务差不说了，都是小事。房间地毯特别脏！烟灰几大处，明显的碎屑都没有清掉！特别吵，住的还是不靠马路的一边，从早八点到晚十点一直不知道是楼下商店的高音喇叭还是广场舞还是ktv的声音，一直热唱，根本不能开窗。房间有异味，排气扇不工作，浴室喷头也是坏的，浴巾是潮的，半夜还被臭醒。真不知道好评哪里来的！绝对不会再住！

酒店房间比较新，装修的格局比较满意，给的皂很像手工皂那种，比较别致。就是外面环境嘈杂，楼下有个大广场不知搞什么活动，跟演唱会似的，楼道一群小孩跑来跑去，吵死了，打了总台几次电话才稍微好点，淋浴房门密封不好，洗个澡水冲到外面地面都是，给服务台打电话让清理一下，说来一直没来清理。早餐券28元一人，吃的还可以。总体满意，但服务有待提升。
