可以免费享受泡酒店温泉，酒店里温泉特色池子比较多，值得入住。孩子超喜欢，在酒店房间换浴袍就可以直接去了，很方便。

太烂了，差的很，空调基本没好过，房间没剃须刀没化妆棉签。大半夜还停电，叫了半天才来检修，检修工人直接就往房间大厅走不看下有没有人等等，没有职业素养！早餐是我见过最差的没有之一，温泉最差的没有之一，房间设施最差没有之一，床最烂没有之一！

网络搜索眉县地区五星，就这一家，网上就直接订了，但没注意预留时间只到当日晚八点，也没有收到酒店联系电话说明，晚九点多直接到店后被前台告知网上订单已经没有了，觉得没所谓啊，已经晚了现场订房就好，结果就是一家老小站在前台等着，没人搭理，等了好多波人办完手续，觉得到我了吧，结果等来前台接电话跟客户说还剩两个豪标，what？我们一家人站这儿等着办手续是在观赏前台工作嘛？小孩太小比较着急，不愉快的说了两句，好在前台负责人很快处理了。后面还送了果盘作为弥补。服务就这样，大家评判吧。至于环境，在大桥边，比较吵，卫生间异味大，自助早餐样式一般。但是带孩子出游，泡个温泉一站式，还是可以考虑。没有照相，新中式的装修风格，酒店比较新，装修方面还不错。
