前台服务态度差，中午两点退房，在楼上找服务员看房子耽误10分钟，下来他们就要扣钱。其他酒店就没有这种现象，晚上周围特别吵，根本休息不好

到宝鸡经常住这家酒店，其他还不错👍，可是不让送外卖我觉得这是个缺点

基本每次去宝鸡都住嘉隆，但是每次房间的卫生间好大一股味道，下水道味直接弥漫整个房间。服务员态度极差！！！Wi-Fi信号太差，根本连不上，让服务员加个路由器，服务员说没有，那么大的酒店没有路由器我也是醉了，最厉害的是我让服务员加个枕头，她直接拿个枕套和一个里面装的荞皮的矮枕头给我，给我说你自己套一下，我没有时间给你套。这么牛逼的人干嘛当服务员呀！
