出来旅游在附近酒店里选了一家评价比较好的，果然没让我失望，从前台办理入住到客房卫生都非常不错，特别是前台的小姐姐服务态度很好，热情，还给免费升级了房间，酒店停车也很方便，很好的一家酒店

从星期天到星期二下午，退个押金，开个发票。这最基本的业务能力，酒店向我道歉三次。从一个前台业务员到大堂经理，效率没有得到一丝提升，反而增加了我索要押金和发票的环节。一会面对前台业务员，一会面对大堂经理。就一个押金一个发票，有那么难吗？真心的累啊。
