海棠酒店从硬件和配套来讲非常棒，在县城有一个如此规模的酒店很难得。房间大小及干净整洁度都没的说。需要提的三点：第一，早餐不够丰盛，冷热菜数量都不多，也没有当地特色菜品，孩子最喜欢的煎蛋也没有吃到，和酒店的星级对比我认为早餐是三星标准。第二，酒店名称是度假酒店，退房时间却在12点，一般都应在下午2点。这体现不了度假的意义。第三，作为一个大型酒店礼宾的服务不单是测体温应该也有招呼拿行李，这里只是端端坐着测完体温挥手让进去。以上三点表达服务不到位。

我自己家乡的酒店，过年回家入住，总体不错。早餐也很丰富，大太白冬天的季节热水不热有点尴尬。好在反应后就给换了有热水的房间。下次夏季还会入住，很想在露台或是花园坐坐的感觉。祝愿大太白越来越好！

早餐虽不如住房率高的酒店丰盛但也够了，我更看重睡眠和环境体验 很新很干净 人很少 空房率这么高还是很浪费 离滑雪场很近 周围吃东西方便 房间设施及家具我都挺喜欢 就是人气不够 估计这个价格和小县城的消费不匹配

酒店设施达标五星 很新很干净 房间宽大 床用洗浴用品都很好 服务态度也不错 退房时钱包忘记了 也悉数汇我卡上 并快递寄回钱包

酒店非常棒，度假酒店，景观绿化做的非常好，我看了一下，床垫是金可儿，布草是斯得福，都是世界顶级品牌，睡的很舒服，太白本身就很凉快，根本不用开空调，服务也很好，餐厅菜的口味不错，旺季的价格也能接受，总之是性价比很高的酒店，下次一定还会来住，并且推荐朋友来住！
