我是2019年春节初一晚上10点钟左右入住该酒店的，因为三天前在网上已预订成功，加之自己是老顾客，所以也没担心什么。br 总台接待的是一位20多岁的女子，黄头发，在告知同程网上已预订（已付款）后，她看了身份证、查了半天没有预订。“不可能，我是三天前就预订好的，且已付款”，于是这位美女又查了查，同意办理入住手续。接下来得知我订了三天，要求交500元的押金（一天房费才100多）。问为什么交500押金，以前都不这样，而且是老顾客？美女回答:因为你住三天！br 于是我庆幸自己没有住30天，那样押金要5000了。 看得出:总台女子对网上预订持不同意见，整个过程她没有笑容。应该是新手，以前也没见过。br 建议:酒店对新员工加强培训，尤其是总台服务人员，她们是酒店的脸面和窗口，顾客第一印象就取决于她们。第二天换房与退房时，总台人员的服务很到位，很满意，谢谢她们！祝新年快乐，吉祥如意！
