以前没住过万福，只因老公说以前住万福感觉还可以所以选择这家酒店，但是真的是很不好的体验，上客房下了电梯后整个楼层是黑暗的没有开灯，找不到房号导视牌！洗澡时打开莲蓬头的水是小的不能再小了，打电话到前台，说让服务员来看一下，等了很久也没有服务人员来处理，就这样将就的洗了澡，出来刷牙时面盆的水又是像眼泪一样往下滴，真的是影响到了住店的心情！不知道你们的服务员平时不检查房间的吗？
