宾馆位于宝鸡繁华商业区，出门吃饭，购物都很方便。宾馆是宝鸡市的第二招待所，服务质量体现了较高的水平，宾馆的门面较大，设施完全，房间面积较大，早餐品种较多。是一家性价比很高的宾馆。唯一不足之处是停车位较紧张，门前和后院各能停十多辆车，按一般情况来说满足住店客人也应该够了，但这些停满车位的车辆九成左右是本地号牌的，这说明如何合理安排车位，优先满足住店客人，还应该是该宾馆的一个课题。
