酒店服务员儿一点儿服务意识都没有。给我的感觉是他开的一样儿。态度很差很差，我今天早上还在洗澡就一直打电话催促我退房，我来住的是个心情而不是真正意义上的住酒店。希望老板好好培训培训自己的员工。这样儿很影响酒店的声誉
