第二天续住，下午有事要走，六点45退房告知超过六点加收全天房费。不讨论住宿六小时收费24小时这个规定有没有侵犯消费者权益吧，就当就这件事不是冰冷冷一句“我们系统默认”就算结束了与消费者的沟通的。要想把酒店做好，麻烦多一分认真做事的态度。望好自为之。你们的衣食父母包括散客，不仅仅是团队订单。
