酒店位置好停车方便，就在青华海水幕电影广场对面，设施新齐全，酒店环境很不错，早点也丰富！咋一感觉餐厅人员培训不到位，细节服务还需要改进，比如桌子上的餐巾纸补充不及时，菜品补充也不及时。

超赞的一家酒店，完全出乎我的预期，干净、卫生、规范，大堂很漂亮，早餐尤为丰盛，离湿地公园很近，很标准的一家度假型酒店。
就是没看到房间里的冰箱，虽然不会用到，但这貌似高档酒店的标配。
其他都很满意，就是退房时间太死板，一定要12点前退房，想14:00退房都不允许，呵呵。看以后能否人性化操作灵活点？

第二次入住了，酒店比较大比较新，五星标准。对面就是青华湖湿地公园，可以租电动车在附近代步，总体不错。

位置很好，清华湖边上，酒店有室外温泉，不酒店客人也要另外买票。服务还需提升，办理入住速度一般，感觉业务还不够熟悉。地面停车场小，还不让停车，也没代泊车服务，要自己开到地下停车场。到太晚，出门太早，没有好好感受酒店设施服务等。

这是一家新开的酒店，整个硬件设施非常好，早餐也很丰盛，不知道是不是疫情期间的原因，反正我感觉性价比非常高，因为入住的时候填表耽误时间太久，有点不开心，其他的还好。

2019年10月才开张的新酒店，对面就是青华海湿地公园，环境好。客房不仅设施新，而且用材、质地都很好，科勒卫浴，设施齐全，室内布局合理、色调清新和谐。服务好，中餐厅菜品味道不错，而且价格也合理。
