酒店与携程不负责任，客户已经住了酒店却不承认，把返还的优惠取消了，简直是军阀行为，从5号到8号，每天长途电话与酒店，携程投诉，最后都说是住了，但不能返还现金。非常非常让人气愤到极点了。

没有洗衣服务很不方便，停车场很大，住店温泉门票竟然不打折。服务员态度很蛮，上下电梯客人抽烟也不管。温泉很舒服。房间很大，温泉水入室。房间内卫生条件有待提高。出门办事一天，竟然不给打扫房间。总体感觉尚可，服务细节有待提高。

很差，温泉酒店入住，泡温泉居然另外收费，双人间的话，温泉费比房价还贵！如果不是已经付了款，还订了几间房，我们肯定不住那里！
