出差到云南保山。这次住宿不愉快，遇到几件闹心的事！第一件事入住后，在酒店餐厅用餐加收15%的服务费，关键是用餐前没有明确的告知。第二天再次用餐结账时才发现，仅仅在菜单的角落有一行非常小的文字提醒加收服务费。这个对后边差旅报销造麻烦。第二件事情，在艺龙网定价为426/天，住5天总价2130元，酒店水单第一天为420元、第二天450元、后三天为420元。本人对价格没有任何疑问，但恼火的是水单不能做任何修改，这个就给差旅报销造成很大麻烦，需要去解释为什么同一间房不在周末或节假日期间会有两个房价（酒店说是阶梯房价），问题是在网上看到的是一个房价!这个是酒店和艺龙网之间的问题造成客人的极大不便。给酒店提建议时酒店员工只是反复强调这是酒店财务规定，无法进行半点调整。并在沟通过程中的语气非常强硬。这个就纳闷了，一家四星级酒店提一点小建议就这么难，北上广的五星级酒店也没有这么处理的。对于这次住宿是在很难给予推荐！
