订好的大床房，已经预付了房费，到了酒店，说给今天续住的客人了，这是理由？今天的新订单抢了提前预定的订单？。后来又有客人来住，就有预留的大床房了，原来挤占订单，还看人下菜，这还是4星级酒店，服务水平就这样？果断投诉，前台理论，突然又有房间了，就是个欺软怕硬的酒店，完全没了好心情，这种服务水平怎么评上4星的，我们也不是第一次住酒店，其他酒店如果预留的没有了，都是升级成更高级别的房间，这家酒店还给你降级，还说的头头有理，辜负了大好的硬件条件，说云南的地方落后，没有契约精神，这次算是领教了。
