环境很好，连续住了两晚。虽然吃早餐时出了点小插曲，但总台立马解决了，还送了两个孩子小礼物，真心喜欢这里！

虽然有点远但是自驾游还是很方便的，一栋栋别墅，房间很干净，环境优美，有两个室外温泉池，孩子非常喜欢，原本计划只住一天的孩子硬是要住2晚，说是太舒服了！

设施很新，早餐也丰富，服务态度非常好，因为节日期间客人多，无法将我们一起几间房安排到一栋楼里，前台小陈很积极帮协调第二天就给调到了一起，房间也非常令人满意，非常感谢积极服务的前台工作人员还有一直和我联系的销售小赵。我们为这个酒店的服务又延住了一天，如果不是没房间和收假了估计再住三天都不觉得长??，有两个不大温泉池，有儿童娱乐滑滑梯，门球，还有个免费的公共茶坊。卫浴都是科勒的，不过有个房间管子有问题，导致热水不好。服务人员路上碰面都会很礼貌的问好，就是前台接待的设施能力还有待加强，比如几家人一起入住，只能一个人接待，接待人员还要时不时接听总台电话，负责餐厅结账，且结账设备只有一台。均导致一般正常入住一个小时左右时间。
