六楼以下视野不好。对睡眠有要求的不推荐，22点才能睡，早上7点开始特别吵，各种机器设备叮叮咚咚……，不管面向哪都一样吵。其他的没什么问题，六楼以上视野都很好

房间设施陈旧了，最差的是附近的有一个烧烤店，整整闹得晚上一点，还有就是早上4点附近的公鸡就开始叫一直持续两个小时，而且楼下有工地，早上6点就开始施工，反正我们是一晩上没睡觉，睡眠质量不好的人真的要注意一下。?

点外卖不方便，旅客进电梯都要刷卡，还有小蛐蛐，苍蝇和保亭很小的那种蚂蚁，还有黑点（像老鼠屎），而且其它地方（比如琼海、万宁等）没有这种小蚂蚁。保亭的酒店均价都要比海南的琼海、万宁、陵水等都要贵些！而且一天两个价，突然涨价，还只能买含早餐的。

差死了，半夜蚊子咬一身包根本就无法睡觉，东西也一般空调声音太响了，连停车的地方也没有出行很不方便
