  非常好的酒店，三亚市区搭乘城际班车直达酒店门口，门口也有公交直达保亭县。酒店面积虽不大，但是泳池户外温泉都有，客房风格非常喜欢，面积大，设施好，室内也有温泉可以随便泡，非常私密。前台工作人员态度好，给到延迟退房的待遇。客房打扫认真细致。

  酒店一楼还蛮方便的，开放池就是有点少，才开两个池，入住有唯一的泡池，这个很方便，自己在酒店泡，不用去外面泡，很衞生，很乾净

  停车方便，一楼的房间带泡池，入住时在前台等了10分钟，没有服务员，办手续慢，。由于入住率不高，想升到二楼要加50元，呵呵。一楼拉下竹帘可以泡温泉，挺好，就是蚊虫多。房内设施老旧，洗脸水龙头水流很小，衞生状况一般。服务意识有待提高。
