酒店很好，我们住的很舒服，大堂经理林妹服务很周到，前台接待陈春蓉办理入住手续很快，从到店到离店都无微不至，酒店有一个很大的双层游泳池，房间的话布置的还算好，就感觉舒服，床比较大点，感觉比较高档，家具看起来就舒适，服务很好，度假酒店环境蛮好的，景色和规划都好，住在那里很舒服很放松的，上上网挺好的，这里的温泉很舒服。周围的环境很安静，七仙岭的景色也不错。还有酒店的特色菜味道也很好。价格适中，离三亚比较近。 最喜欢的是进入酒店之后的绿色围绕和每天早上都能亲切感觉到的清新的空气！电瓶车接送服务是第二印象深的。酒店的服务生绝大部分都笑脸相迎，很真诚。总体很好，特别是酒店的整体环境好，服务更好，中餐厅味道不错，也不贵，我们还会再来的。值得推荐给大家！

早餐还可以吧，作为一家在山里的酒店来说。房间设施有待改善，个人感觉还可以优化，周边环境不错，山野丛林，注意防虫。酒店配套温泉泳池儿童玩耍区域，房间配套温泉池，ps：小鱼温泉是收费的，建议到酒店后提前联系兰婷婷大堂副理，可以送哦??，唯一遗憾就是，感觉空气特别闷，不知是天气原因还是其他的，和五指山酒店体验就空气来说，差距大
