在艺龙上成功预付款后，驾车走了100多公里的路到酒店，办理入住时却被酒店前台告知没有看到我的订单（艺龙网站又可以查到），让人好尴尬。因为是春节期间，酒店房间全满，最后勉强调剂了一个房出来。房间设施什么的也还好，服务态度挺好，房间里的灯坏了、浴缸堵等小问题，打电话到前台一分钟不到就有专人解决。入住的房间位于9栋，看不到七仙岭，被前排的房子挡住了，很遗憾！

酒店设施完善，卫生服务都不错，每间房的阳台上都有露天浴缸，可以泡温泉，非常好。酒店的饭菜是东北风味，味道也很好。早餐自助一般，样式少，主要是没有肉食，东北客人怎能食无肉？
