  酒店看起来很高端，房间很大，设施完善、乾净。温泉区有特点，有点像日式，水温各不相同。酒店早餐丰富，环境十分幽雅。建议：私汤挂个帘子。

  硬件基本还行，感觉有重新装修过，服务很差，工作人员坐电瓶车上看客人带着孩子自己提行李无动于衷。没有小童浴袍等小童用品，也没有小童俱乐部，没有小童活动，只能园子里走走。早餐也不行，种类少，品质差。中餐厅石头鱼好吃。室外公共泡池劝退，里面全是老年人。房间衞生间那边是没有窗帘的，但是和卧室是通的，所以遮光很差，我们早早就被亮醒了，因为起的早。中午想睡会，第二天是周一，想着正常都可以延迟到2点退房，前台斩钉截铁説不行，问了好几次就是不行，作为长年在岛内周末出行的人，还是理智劝退大家，这家真的不行，唯一行的就是温泉吧，但是温泉池估计上一个客人走只是把水放了，也不刷，因为一开始放水的时候，孩子玩具掉水里，粘了头发??

  The room they showed us was clean but the one they gave us claiming its better, was moldy. The light in the balcony was broken so they gave us a flashlight instead. There's a big TV in the room but you can't use it because it doesn't connect to anything. The hot water just stopped so we had to wait for quite a while before they fixed it, and when they did, it was filled with some white residue. But the worse part was waking up in the morning to find my car covered in ants. After 3 hours drive and 2 car washes, the ants are still there. Im giving 2 stars to the service, only because they offered to upgrade our room... after 2 hours of people walking in and trying to fix things ... which we refused because it was too late. Most of the breakfast (which wasn't much) looked like leftovers.
