房间的玻璃竟然雾蒙蒙的，以为就是这样的结果走进一看才知道是没擦干净，估计从装修到现在就没擦过，地上也也很多灰，应该很久没人住和打扫过了，性价比一般

园区很小，基本没什么玩的。晚餐团购的套餐，味道一般。室内设施相对陈旧，唯一好处就是室内泡池很适合小朋友玩。服务人员整体服务比较冷漠。

每年都去保亭度假，这次选了雨林仙境酒店，入住很满意，房间很大，泡池也很不错，很喜欢酒店的早餐，性价比很高的一家酒店，下次还会来。。

要住2区，离餐厅近点。我们带着老人和婴儿给安排到了3区最远的地方还要上半层楼，太不方便了！

如果按度假山庄的标准，那真是要好评，能看出每一处设施都是用了心的。处处有景观，连客房的设施（冰桶等等的装饰）都是黎家特色花纹。
鸟巢泡池也能每天换水。
但要按宾馆标准我还是后悔没去希尔顿逸林，年前价格差不多，因为逸林评价不如他我才选了这里，可管理真的和逸林有差距，尤其餐厅。
