酒店是老国营三星酒店。大厅还算气派。早餐非常丰盛，并且味道也很好，点赞。订了普通标间，设施不是一般的老旧和低劣，卫生也不堪，坑人啊!!!

酒店位置优越，在繁华闹市区，离几个百货商店都很近，周边吃饭的地方有很多，非常方便。酒店院子很大，停车方便。早餐很丰富，品种繁多，口味比较齐全。服务态度很好，前台，客房，餐厅都热情，细心，周到。很满意

酒店是个老酒店，但不落伍，布局合理，功能齐全，暖气很足，很干净。院子很大，停车方便。尤其要提出的是，一，服务态度非常好，无论是总台还是餐厅，还有客房服务人员都非常热情，让人有回家的感觉。早餐品种丰富，各种风味的餐饮都有。中晚餐是自助餐，也非常好，下次一定会再次住这里

包头钢铁宾馆是个大国企的老宾馆，我1998年曾经住过。现在装修的很好的，
位置在钢铁大街旁边，靠近包头百货公司。进出比较方便，院里停车场很大，停车方便，离包头钢铁公司还有一段路。房间宽敞明亮，床上二个枕头，一硬一软。现在暖气很足，只能穿内衣。热水量大但不稳定，有时烫有时冷。Ｗｉｆｅ不怎么样，刚来还能连上，大部分时间都连不上网。服务态度很好，有问题非常热心的来处理。
