前台服务人员有一个戴眼镜扎辫子老女人该有一个头发挺长的男的 去了等了特别长时间办不了入住 有人找她买烟 她就拿着我的身份证去给找烟了 有人要多要张房卡就她就接着去给办房卡 好像忘了要给我办入住的事了！脑子里一点头绪都没有！
