1. 吃不上早餐。8:20就没饭了，理由是接待了夏令营人多，接待旅行团没关系，但是也不能因为这个原因，影响到原有的顾客吧？餐厅人员态度漠然，感觉是你吃不上早饭跟我有什么关系？2.马桶坏了没人修理。头天坏掉的马桶居然没人修理，第二天早上如厕后不能冲水，想想都尴尬。3.酒店地毯异味严重，还喷了好多香水遮盖，味道刺鼻。4.服务态度傲慢，感觉自己不是客人，而是待宰的羔羊。最倒霉的是，我还介绍了3个朋友去该酒店入住，自己倒霉也就算了，还连累朋友。
