酒店是在商场里面的一座公寓，前台服务态度倒是还凑合，就是一到房间我惊呆了，刚开门就一把椅子冲着卫生间放着，垃圾桶在桌子上放着，小桌子在沙发上放着，地毯上还有好多头发，太恶心了，都怀疑是不是没打扫，269的价格太贵了，还不如如家，不推荐！

地段真的没话说，包头最大的商圈，吃玩都很方便！但是房间的设施确实太老旧了，而且卫生严重不合格，带着娃娃去，我都不敢给宝宝盖酒店的被子。服务态度也不好，带着孩子住的大床房，担心宝宝冷想多要一床被子，结果被告知都借完了，再要两个枕头防止宝宝掉地下，也同样的理由被拒绝了！所以过段离店，重新选择了！希望酒店能够强化硬件设施以及服务，以后不会再入住了！对了，价格返现之后191，我觉得性价比低了！
